Accessibility Statement
Updated: June 2026
Ultra restaurant places great importance on providing equal service to all of its customers, and works to make its website accessible to people with disabilities — in the belief that "first, you eat" belongs to everyone.
Level of accessibility
The website was built in line with the principles of the Israeli standard SI 5568 (based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines), and we make an ongoing effort to improve accessibility.
Ultra is a small business (a licensed dealer / "osek murshe"); some formal accessibility requirements may not apply to us by law — but we believe everyone should be able to use the site and enjoy the restaurant.
Adaptations made
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab) and a visible focus indicator.
- A hierarchical heading structure and alternative text (alt) for meaningful images.
- Adequate color contrast for readability, and support for Hebrew right-to-left layout.
- An on-site accessibility widget: increase/decrease font size and a high-contrast mode.
- Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
Parts not yet fully accessible
Some parts (such as third-party content or embedded maps) may not be fully accessible. In such cases, the information — or any action — can also be completed by phone, during opening hours.
Contact us about accessibility
Ran into an accessibility issue? We'd be glad to help and fix it. You can contact us directly:
For a technical website issue (display, keyboard navigation, screen reader), you can contact the site maintainer directly: +972 52-614-7140 (phone or WhatsApp).
As a small business, Ultra is not required to appoint a certified accessibility coordinator (an obligation that applies to businesses with 25 employees or more) — but we are committed to handling every accessibility request.
Note: as a small business (licensed dealer), Ultra is likely exempt from appointing a certified accessibility coordinator and from a mandatory professional accessibility audit. Should the business turnover cross the relevant threshold in future, a certified accessibility auditor is recommended.
