Shlomo Davidov immigrated from Dagestan in the Caucasus in the 1990s, bringing with him the flavors, recipes and hospitality he grew up on. In 2016 he opened Ultra in Mitzpe Ramon — and to this day he cooks, hosts, and sometimes even sings to his guests to warm up the room. Alongside him are his wife Asya and his sister Rita.
